Missional Partnerships

WSC is committed to vibrant missional partnerships that are advancing the kingdom of God in significant ways in today’s world on a global scale. We believe we need to partner together by serving God’s mission in our local context. We go out two by two to serve local needs and share the good news of Christ through presentation and power evangelism efforts.

Currently, our missional partners consist of:

Kenya Mission

Through Eugene Saul, we support a Kenya mission to evangelize the gospel among the Muslim Kenyan peoples.

Evangelist Eugene Saul

Eugene is no stranger to Harrison, Arkansas. As a third generation Pentecostal believer, Eugene's spiritual roots go back to the Azusa Revival of 1906. Both of his parents and grandmother were accomplished Pentecostal preachers.

Eugene's vocation was an accomplished builder and cabinet carpenter. He is a licensed elder in the Full Gospel Church.

When he was not building something, the Lord was sending him to preach the gospel on the go.

While he pastored for a season, the church his father pastored in Newton County, Arkansas, the nature of his call is "to provoke others unto love" (Hebrews 10:24) and is apostolic in nature.

The Lord has used him beautifully to build bridges of unity in the body of Christ in Harrison and Boone County.

In 2008, the Lord called Eugene "to walk across Kenya Africa." Since then, Eugene has been to Kenya Africa 18 times over a ten year period, the last time, literally "walking across the nation" in a National Prayer Walk with the Kenyan believers.

Eugene and Louella have enjoyed 58 years of marriage and a life of adventure serving the Lord together. They have two children, two grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
